Dear cicregulator,

I believe you misunderstand what i am asking, apologies if this was not clear in the original request.

I would like to know under what circumstances a social enterprise, or community interest company, (in particular ones providing clinical services to the NHS) may be directly contacted and must provide information under the FOI act.

Does the CIC have to release HR and financial information, where both of those relate to provision of NHS services? i.e. how many applications were received for a job that will only be specifically providing NHS services, or the numbers of health visitors employed to provide the service.

If my request is unclear and you would like clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely,

Iain Gear
