The case management system is WCCIS (Wales Community Care Information
System)
2. What is the annual maintenance payment for the Children’s Social
System?
In 2019/2020 the total cost spent was £114,000.00
3. What date does your contract expire on for Children’s Social
Systems?
It is a National Contract and started in February 2018 and ends in 2028.
4. What case management system do you use for Adult Social Care?
The case management system is WCCIS (Wales Community Care Information
System)
5. What is the annual maintenance payment for the Adult Social System?
In 2019/2020 the total cost spent was £105,996.00
6. What date does your contract expire on for Adult Social Systems?
It is a National Contract and started in February 2018 and ends in 2028.
