Subject: Social Care Systems And Subject Access Requests
Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable
depending on the nature and circumstances of your request. In such cases
you will be notified and, where possible, a revised time-scale will be
indicated. In all cases we shall attempt to deal with your request at the
earliest opportunity.
If we are unable to provide you with the information requested we will
notify you of this together with the reason(s) why, and details of how you
may appeal.

No.

4. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years?
No.
5. Who is the supplier of your current Children's social care case
management system?
Liquid Logic.
6. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years?
No immediate plans -the contract runs to 2029.
7. Who is the supplier of your current Children's social care finance
system?
The Controcc system from Oxford Computer Consultants Ltd
8. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years?
No plans as this has only just been implemented
9. Who is the supplier of your current Education system?
CapitaONE, Access UK
10. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years?
CapitaONE: due to expire 31/03/2024 - no plan to replace.
AccessUK - ongoing, no plan to replace.
11. Do you have a backlog of Children's social care Subject Access
Requests?
Yes.
12. If so, approximately how many and what is the estimated date that this
backlog will be cleared?
We have 43 overdue children’s SARs with a plan of action to clear within 3
months.
13. Do you use eLearning tools to support the use of your Children's and /
or Adults Social Care case management systems?
Adults – yes.
14. If so, please specify. If not, do you have any plans to procure such
tools in the next three years?
