2. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years?

Response: Yes in regards to Adults Social Care, Children’s Services do
not.

14. If so, please specify. If not, do you have any plans to procure such
tools in the next three years?

 

Response: With regards to Adults Social Care, we use Articulate 360 to
create all of our E-learning to support the use of systems for Adults
social care.  This is procured corporately across the council so we are
not aware of any plans to procure different tools.

 

Children’s services do not have any plans to prucre such tools within the
next three years.

 

 

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, if you are not
satisfied with the reply to your request you can ask for an internal
review.

 

A request for an internal review must be submitted within 40 working days
