1. Who is the supplier of your current Adults social care case management system? - The Access Group
2. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years? We have no current active plans to replace the system.
3. Who is the supplier of your current Adults social care finance system? - The Access Group - Mosaic is used to record service user transactional information which is then sent over to CIVICA to provide the actual billing and payments
4. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years? We have no current active plans to replace the system.
5. Who is the supplier of your current Children's social care case management system?
Liquid Logic

No current plans
7. Who is the supplier of your current Children's social care finance system?
No specific system in place

We are currently exploring options for a dedicated solution to Children’s social care finance
9. Who is the supplier of your current Education system? We use Synergy Live - Servelec Education Ltd
10. Do you have any plans to replace this system in the next 3 years? No

We have 20 outstanding Social Care SARs.
All have been appropriately prioritised according to date received and the data subjects have been advised when a disclosure can be expected.
Some cases are currently extended to the 3 month timescale due to the size and/or nature of the files that are required to be reviewed/redacted.
We do not have a historical backlog, we have a number of outstanding SARs that we expect to be completed within the next 3 months.
13. Do you use eLearning tools to support the use of your Children's and / or Adults Social Care case management systems? - Yes
14. If so, please specify. If not, do you have any plans to procure such tools in the next three years? - For ASC we use Me Learning for training on the use of Mosaic
