I write in connection with your recent Freedom of Information request
concerning working age adults with  a learning disability.

I have been asked if you could clarify your request:

Can I confirm what specific areas they are looking at for learning
disabilities. Is the request wanting the information for day services,
residential , community based support, homecare, direct payments and/or
supported living because 18-64 is a very wide scope?

Please ensure that you quote the reference number NCC-042227-19 in your
response.

Dear Juliet Atkins

I refer to your recent Freedom of Information request.  The response is as
detailed in the attached document.   The Authority did not collate or
record the information you are requesting as it did not inform our
practices or strategic objectives.  If more detailed information is
required, this would require going through all the individual packages
during the savings programme to see what was recorded by the social
workers in support plans/reviews.  This process might then exceed the
amount of time that the Authority are obliged to spend on responding to a
request for information.

I hope this assists.  Should you have any further enquiries please do not
hesitate to contact me directly on the details below.

Regards, Alison
