Dear Juliet Atkins,

Please clarify the following, so we can search if we hold the information
requested.

Q2. How many working-age adults (aged 18-64) with a learning disability
had the monetary value of their care package reduced in:

a. 2018/19

b. 2017/18

c. 2016/17

d. 2015/16

e. 2014/15

Please include in your answers both those who are part and fully local
authority funded. Please exclude those who stopped receiving a package for
the reason ‘deceased’.

Q4. How many working-age adults (aged 18-64) had the monetary value of
their care package reduced in:

a. 2018/19

b. 2017/18

c. 2016/17

d. 2015/16

e. 2014/15

Please include in your answers both those who are part and fully local
authority funded. Please exclude those who stopped receiving a package for
the reason ‘deceased’.

Does Q2, Q4 relate to any reduction even if the costs went back up or just
those that reduced and stayed a reduction from the original amount?

For example - if someone had £300 a week from April until January, then
went to £600 in February, then £550 in March I assume we would count them
as having a reduction? If it’s an annual thing we would need to only work
from a cohort active the entire previous year and this year?

We won’t be able to deal with your request until you provide the
additional information.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 says that we must comply with your
request for information within 20 working days, from the date following
receipt of your request unless we have to ask for clarification, as in
this case. The 20 day response deadline clock has stopped from the date of
this email, the clock will reset from the date we receive your response
clarifying your request and we will advise you of the new 20 working day
deadline at this stage.

Unfortunately, if we don’t hear from you by 31/03/2020, we will send you a
refusal notice because we have not received all the information we need to
deal with your request.

Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns …

Please note, the following applies, if the response includes council
