Please can you provide answers to my questions below relating to both children's and adults' social care?
1. Who provides your social care case management recording system?
2. What date did you go live with the social care case management recording system?
2. What date did the finance functionality go live for this system? For clarity, 'live' in defined as the following:
• Payments to residential providers (net/gross and including adjustments)
• Payments to non-residential providers (e.g. invoice matching and processing)
• Payments to clients for direct payments (net and including adjustments)
• Invoices (or bills) for clients of non-residential care (on planned or actuals, including adjustments)
• Invoices (or bills) for clients of residential care (on planned or actuals, where providers are paid gross, including adjustments)
• Payments to Foster Carers
