2. How many people have been charged for care and support in non-residential settings broken
down into the following financial years 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21?
3. What is the average increase of people who are paying charges
2018/19 2019/20 2020/21
4. How much money in total did the Local Authority receive from social care charging from non-residential care services broken down into the following financial years 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21?
5. How many individuals since 1 April 2018 to date have had debt management procedures commenced against them for non-payment of non-residential social care charges (by this I mean any escalation in debt recovery, e.g. automated reminders, letter before action and referral to debt collection agency)?
6. How many individuals have had court proceedings commenced against them relating to non-payment of residential social care charges since 1 April 2018 to date?
7. Has there been a equality impact assessment done on the increase in charges and what were the results?
Yours faithfully,
Linda Burnip
