OLM Systems Ltd for both Children’s and Adult Services.

 

2.    Please state the name of the specific electronic Social Care Case
Management product(s)  you use for both Children’s & Adult services,
including version number(s)?

 

CareFirst version 6.11.15.4 for both Children’s and Adult Services.

 

3.    How long have these product(s) been live?

 

Since January 2000.

 

4.    In the past three years have you upgraded / are you upgrading your
Children’s & Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s), to a
product provided by your existing supplier?

 

Yes, in line with the normal maintenance schedule.

 

5.    If not, in the next three years are you planning to upgrade your
Children’s & Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s), to a
product provided by your existing supplier? If yes, please provide
details, including planned go-live dates?

 

We are currently replacing our CareFirst system with a new product,
Eclipse, from the same supplier – OLM Systems Ltd. The plan is to complete
implementation by 31^st March 2022.

 

6.    Are you currently in the process of procuring a new Children’s &
Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s). This includes
reviewing the effectiveness of the current system; assessing the market;
conducting soft market testing; participating in any multi-organisational
procurement projects? If yes, please specify, including timescales?

 

No, the procurement process has recently been completed.

 

7.    Are you currently in the process of implementing a new Children’s &
Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s). If yes, please
provide details, including planned go-live dates?

 

Yes. Please see Q5 above.

 

8.    Is your current Children’s & Adults electronic Social Care Case
Management System(s) currently under review for any other reason? For

No.

No additional funding has been allocated.

 

10. Have any significant risks (i.e. medium to high) associated with your
Children's & Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s) been
identified in the past three year by your corporate risk management
processes? If so, please specify?

 

Our risk management processes have identified no significant (medium to
high) risks associated with our CareFirst information management system in
the last three years.
