Childrens Social Case management system last implemented May 2012

 

If yes you are or have recently implemented a system then please describe
which Case Management system you are implementing/ have implemented and
what the go-live date/planned go live date is/was?

System name – Liquidlogic Childrens System (LCS)

Go Live date – May 2012

 

What was the name of the legacy system that the new system has replaced/is
replacing? – Careworks RAISE

 

Following the implementation have you used/or are you planning to use the
legacy system for access to archive data for children/adults? – No, all
children’s data migrated to new system.

 

If you are planning to use the legacy system to access archive data then
how much is it a year and how long is the contract? – Not applicable

 

If you are planning to use a bespoke mechanism to access data (instead of
retaining access to the legacy system) what is it called and how much does
it cost? both initial outlay and ongoing annual fees ? – Not applicable
