Since 2003

 

4. In the past three years have you upgraded / are you upgrading your
Children’s & Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s), to a
product provided by your existing supplier? 
We have upgraded the existing system to the latest version.

 

5. If not, in the next three years are you planning to upgrade your
Children’s & Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s), to a
product provided by your existing supplier? If yes, please provide
details, including planned go-live dates? 
No more upgrades are planned

 

6. Are you currently in the process of procuring a new Children’s & Adults
electronic Social Care Case Management System(s). This includes reviewing
the effectiveness of the current system; assessing the market; conducting
soft market testing; participating in any multi-organisational procurement
projects? If yes, please specify, including timescales? 
We are currently in the procurement process for a new system and plan to
implement this new system in the next couple of years.

 

7. Are you currently in the process of implementing a new Children’s &
Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s). If yes, please
provide details, including planned go-live dates?
No

We are procuring a new system as our current system is not being developed
any further.  Our current supplier has a new product.

 

9. Have you allocated any additional funding to support the improvement,
development, upgrading or replacement of your Children's & Adults
electronic Social Care Case Management System(s) over the next three
years, beyond current operational activity. If so, how much?

Additional funding of £1.5m has been allocated.

 

10. Have any significant risks (i.e. medium to high) associated with your
Children's & Adults electronic Social Care Case Management System(s) been
identified in the past three year by your corporate risk management
processes? If so, please specify?

and decisions made by the Council in relation to your request. Your
