Thank you for your request for information that was received on 1 November
2024.  We understand your request to be as follows;
 
Can you please provide the following information:

1a) Who is the supplier of your current Children's social care case
management system and what is the system's name?
1b) When is the system due for renewal?
1c) Is it a rolling contract?

2a) Who is the supplier of your current Children's social care finance
system and what is the system's name?
2b) When is the system due for renewal?
2c) Is it a rolling contract?

3a) Who is the supplier of your current Adults social care case management
system and what is the system's name?
3b) When is the system due for renewal?
3c) Is it a rolling contract?

4a) Who is the supplier of your current Adults social care finance system
and what is the system's name?
4b) When is the system due for renewal?
4c) Is it a rolling contract?

5a) Who is the supplier of your current Education system and what is the
system's name?
5b) When is the system due for renewal?
5c) Is it a rolling contract?

6a) Who is the supplier of your current SEND/ALN system and what is the
system's name?
6b) When is the system due for renewal?
6c) Is it a rolling contract?
 
Your request is being considered as a request under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. In accordance with statutory requirements, it may
take up to 20 working days for us to consider your request and provide a
formal response. Should this 20 working day deadline need to be extended
you will be notified and kept informed. We will aim to send a response
by 29 November 2024.
 
In some cases, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we
will send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 may restrict the release of some or
all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions apply to some or all of the information then we
might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is
the case and advise you of your rights.
 
We will also advise you if we cannot provide you with the information
requested for any other reason together with the reason(s) why and details
of how you may appeal (if appropriate).
