Idox Software Ltd supplies the Local Offer website and the Service Lead responsible is Alison Ashworth-Taylor

Servelec supplies the Family Information Services Website and the Service Lead responsible is Carol Grimshaw

2. Who currently supplies your Adult Social Care Directory website and who is responsible for this?

We do not have a specific Adult Social Care Directory online? We do have ‘Your Support Your Choice’ which was created internally by our IT Team and is linked to our global website: http://www.yoursupportyourchoice.org.uk/

3. What platform or system do you use for Education services, including admissions?

Synergy – Servelec Education Ltd

4. What system or platform do you currently use to facilitate the EHC assessment, planning and review process and who is the main contact for this area?

Synergy – Servelec Education Ltd and the main contact is our Service Lead, Carol Grimshaw
