The Council has taken the decision not to publish direct contact details
for staff, including email addresses and phone numbers, but instead to
utilise our website and City Contact Centre. This move helps to ensure
that customers are always directed to the appropriate person and that
email correspondence is routed correctly. It also ensures that any change
of staff do not affect the public's ability to contact the Council and
gain appropriate information.
