1. How many social workers are there working in adult care?
2. How many of these are working with disabled people under 60?
3. How many adults are you providing some sort of community care service to in total?
4. What is the average time between referral for a service and assessment of needs?
5. What is the average time between referral and provision of the necessary service?
6. What are your eligibility criteria for social care? Have these changed since the Coalition government came to power?
7. What was the cost of your highest package of social care for each year 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011?
8. What was the cost of your lowest package of social care for each year 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011?
9. What was the cost of your average package of social care for each year 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011?
10.What was the average charge passed to the 'customer’ for 2007,2008,2009,2010, 2011?'
11.Do you fund overnight care? If not what happens to disabled people who need overnight care
12. What now happens to disabled people who would previously have received ILF funding? Is the council able to make up the difference in funding needed? Do you collect any figures on the numbers of people involved who have been denied ILF funding because of 1) the closure of ILF to new applicants or 2) changes to RAS.
13. What is your total adult care budget for 2012-2013
14. How much less is this than your budgets in 2011-2012 and 2010-2011?
15. What proportion of funding provided for social care is spent on overheads rather then in directly providing care?
16. What proportion of this is spent providing care in the community through Direct Payments or Individual Budgets?
17. What proportion of this is spent on residential care provision?
18. What is the salary of the Head of your adult care services?
