SOA 2003 - sexual activity without consent

The request was successful.

Mr Scott Wilkins

Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),

Under the freedom of information act, I would like to request the following;

In the last 5 years, 2016-20, how many crime reports have been received in relation to ‘sexual activity without consent’

Was the victim male or female?

What was the age of both the victim and the offender.

How many offenders were charged, and what were the other outcomes of the investigations?

If it’s within the time restrictions/costs, please can it be provided what the victim reported?

Yours faithfully,

Mr Scott Wilkins
