SNH Management of NESBReC

Iain Lawrie made this Freedom of Information request to Aberdeenshire Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Aberdeenshire Council,

1. I would like to see a copy of the SLA with SNH which was agreed with Aberdeenshire Council. I'm particularly interested in any management agreement sections and am quite happy to receive only those pages detailing this information. I believe this SLA was renewed regularly and in effect ran up to 2013.

2. Can I also have a copy of any recent SNH agreement following on from the 2013 SLA and a copy of any documents detailing the project work which will be undertaken and associated costs.

3. Can I also have details of any document showing the matched funding for this current agreement detailing the source of the funds.

Yours faithfully,

Iain Lawrie
