Dear HM Prison Service,
Could you please disclose if you have implemented the smoking ban at the following prisons.

Deerbolt.
Durham.
Frankland.
Holme House.
Kirklevington Grange.
Low Newton.

For those where the ban has been implemented, could you please disclose what date that ban was brought into play. If not, could you disclose what date is in place for the ban to come in,

For the above jails that have the ban in place, could you please disclose how many incidents of violence have been reported since the date the ban came into effect.

Could you please then disclose how many incidents of violence were reported for that same time period for the previous two years, with separate figures for each year.

At those above prisons where the ban has come into effect, could you please disclose how many times someone has been caught smoking and what action was taken.
