Dear Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service,

Under the FOIA, I would like to know, in the circumstances where several claims have previously been started under a county court or civil justice hearing centre but the claims were cancelled by the claimant and then a year or so later, the claimant sends the same claims afresh to the COUNTY COURT MONEY CLAIMS CENTRE, IN SALFORD, under what circumstances can the claims be handled by the same court which in the first instance were going to handle the cases, IF the claimant, is no longer residing in that area of the country or there are several courts nearer than the one being selected to handle the case.
