are NOT in receipt of small business rate relief.
Please also list their property
description, actual liability (i.e. rates payable), what
date they are liable from and indicate if the account is live or
not.

In order to gather the information you have requested, can you confirm
what you mean by if the account is live or not?
Would this be whether or not the ratepayer is still resident?

I am responding to your request for information held by the Council under
the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to
rateable values. This has been referred to an appropriate officer within
the Revenues Team, who has provided the following data in order to answer
your enquiry.
Please provide a complete list of business addresses and their occupiers
with rateable values between £2,000 and £12,000 that are NOT in receipt of
small business rate relief.
Please also list their property
description, actual liability (i.e. rates payable), what date they are
liable from and indicate if the account is live or not.
Please can you ensure this information is accurate and up to date.
Please find attached a spreadsheet with the information. We are unable to
provide charge details at it would mean manually checking each individual
account and there are over 16,000 accounts. You should be able to
calculate the charge using the RV and multiplier.
If you are not satisfied with this response you may ask for an internal
