Please provide a complete list of companies and name and addresses
including property description of those whose rateable values qualify for
small business rate relief upto £11k but are NOT actually in receipt of it
for whatever reason.

 

In response to your request, I attach 2 spreadsheets, one with all
business properties with an RV at or below £11k, and one with properties
getting small business rate relief. I cannot extract precisely what you
require nor can I compare the two lists.

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
