Dear Mr Dee,

I write to confirm that the information you have requested can all be
found from the spreadsheet on the website under Non Domestic Rates
Database.
   [1]http://revsandbens.centralsussex.gov.uk/...

All that is required is that you  sort and filter the spreadsheet as
follows.

·         Sort into RV order to find all account with RV up to £11,000
 and delete anything above £11,000.

·         Sort into those in receipt of SBRR and delete those in receipt
of SBRR.

·         Remainder are those with  RV of less than £11,000 not in receipt
of SBRR.

I have attached a spreadsheet using the data already on the website and by
the method suggested above.

I am unable to tell you which assessments would be eligible for SBRR as
there are various criteria that must be met and this is not known until an
application is submitted.

I trust this information is of assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Barbara McGrath

Dear Barbara,

You say "I am unable to tell you which assessments would be eligible for SBRR as there are various criteria that must be met and this is not known until an application is submitted"

Please note I am looking for addresses whose rateable values not exceeding £11k are not in receipt of SBRR for whatever reason.

Please come back to me

Mr Dee,

Using the spreadsheet, you can sort and filter the spreadsheet to meet
your requirements.  As explained in my email to you on 16 January, the
spreadsheet I sorted and filtered on your behalf, contains rateable values
not exceeding £11k and are not in receipt of SBRR. I trust this answers
your original request.

The information about eligible for SBRR was just a piece of useful
information that I thought might be of assistance to you.  My apologies,
for any confusion caused.
