For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions, which may

recorded format, South Norfolk Council is not obliged to create
information for the purpose of responding to your request

Dear Mr Carruthers

I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a
position to respond.

I attach copies of the invoices received from Radcliffe Chambers related
to transfer of land at Denton (please note that the blank pages are
intentional). I can advise that the Council holds no further information
relating to these payments.

With regard to contracts between Sprake and Kingsley Solicitors, I can
advise that there was no such contract and therefore under section
1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am advising you that
the Council does not hold the information you have requested. In
addition, the council did not receive any payments from Sprake and
Kingsley Solicitors.

I hope this is of assistance and is sufficient to meet your
requirements, but if, for whatever reason you wish to get back to me,
