Lori Feighnton

Dear University of Glasgow,

I am following the Student Lifecycle Project and notice that there are forty-eight (48) consultants and staff members listed on the SLP staff page. I suspect there are more.

My two questions:

1) What is the total number, the tally, of external consultants/temporary staff contracters engaged in the past year on the SLP May 2009-May 2010 identified by invoices, university telephone assigments, staff numbers, id cards, key fobs and parking spaces. If I have missed any form of identifying them, please use your own methods to identify them.

2) What is the total number of staff, the tally, (academic and service) working regularly on the SLP who are not paid out of the SLP budget. Please break this down by department.

Yours faithfully,

Lori Feighnton

Dear FOI Office,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

By 'regular', I mean by a staff member's own calculation that they have spent at least one calendar month in the past year working on or supporting SLP activities.

Yours sincerely,

Lori Feighnton

So that's 71+ regular workers on the Student Lifecycle Project for session 2009 is it? Don't worry, I'd be embarrassed about stating this, too. Strange that no members of the oversight committee are included in the number. I would guess that the additional staff members (14 listed) are not paid out of the SLP budget.

Make that 90+ if you include the 19 Oracle Consultants who have been mysteriously vanished.
