There is an inference of plagiarism relating to independent reports related to the SLP.

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/sl...

Were any independent reports relating to the review of IT student services prior to the SMG meeting in June 2007 subject to a plagiarism checking programme?

For each occurrence, please supply:

a) The title of the report and if relevant the version number.

b) The date on which the IPSC or its members were alerted to the plagiarism check.

c) A copy of the output from the plagiarism checking application.

Yours faithfully,

Sir Humphrey would be proud. "One of the reports did not correctly reference extracts from other sources."

So one of the reports was plagiarised after all.
