Slip Accidents at Public Swimming Pools in Bristol
Dear Bristol City Council,
I am writing to make a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am seeking information related to slip accidents, severity of injuries, fines incurred, and accident locations at public swimming pools managed by Bristol City Council.
Please provide the following information:
The total number of slip accidents recorded at public swimming pools managed by Bristol City Council in the last three years (from the date of this request).
A breakdown of the severity of injuries resulting from these slip accidents, categorised as minor, moderate, or severe.
The total amount of fines, if any, incurred by Bristol City Council due to these slip accidents, either due to enforcement actions or compensation claims.
The specific locations within the swimming pool facilities where these slip accidents occurred (e.g., poolside, changing rooms, showers, entrance/exit areas).
If possible, please provide the information in electronic format, preferably as a spreadsheet or CSV file.
