Slack channel usage information
Dear Cabinet Office,
Thank you for previously providing a list of all slack channels within ukgovernmentdigital.slack.com.
Could you please also provide a list for govuk.slack.com and, for both, also provide the number of users and messages for each channel (this was not given with the ukgovernmentdigital.slack.com list)
Yours faithfully,
Jules Mattsson
Dear Cabinet Office,
Apologies, I had intended to also include the following:
Could you please also confirm the usage tier currently of both slack sites and, for both, provide a list of all third-party or custom integrations.
Yours faithfully,
Jules Mattsson

Dear FOI Team,
Can I just clarify one further point, when I say "Thank you for previously providing a list of all slack channels within ukgovernmentdigital.slack.com. Could you please also provide a list for govuk.slack.com ...", your response regarding the ukgovernmentdigital slack I believe may have left out 'private channels' (https://get.slack.help/hc/en-us/articles...) and only provided 'public' channels. Private channels are different to private or group private messages and are simply public channels but invite-only.
When dealing with this new request re govuk.slack.com, could you please ensure that you include both varieties of channel - and the same information I asked for with each of them (number of messages, users etc).
Regarding private channels in ukgovernmentdigital.slack.com, could you please also ensure to add them to the list for your response to this request alongside the statistics for each one of any type?
I'm aware you may not have a master list of these on the free tier but I suspect a staff survey in the usual way, of slack users, should be able to provide the information and the information would be considered to be held.
Yours sincerely,
Jules Mattsson
Mr Mattson
As you suspect we do not hold infomation regarding private channels and
are not obliged under the Act to create new information.
We will revert regarding the information we do hold
on [1]govuk.slack.com in due course.

Thank you for the reply. I'm taking that as your position regarding this request and would ask could you please disclose, as you suggest, the information you feel you hold within the scope of this and, of course, explain this position in a refusal notice regarding the parts that you don't. I have also emailed you on the 'IR324242 REPLY' thread to clarify your position regarding that one, to avoid any confusion between requests.
Yours sincerely,
Jules Mattsson
