SLA for Enhanced Services

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, North Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust (PCT) should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear North Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust (PCT),

Under the Freedom of Information Act, we request each Service Level Agreement, associated appendices and remuneration levels, for each directed enhanced service that the PCT currently commission. We would prefer the Service Level Agreements in electronic format where possible.
