Skills Development Fund
Dear Welsh Government,
My request is for information and clarity on the Skills development Fund.
1. I wish to know the caps that the Welsh Government have set, on the proportion of courses at each level?
2. The funding I believe is for organisations based in Wales, does this mean if it is a large organisation e.g. Bank with head office in London, they would not be eligible?

Thank you so much for your comprehensive reply, which answered my questions. However, as it was so comprehensive I have a follow up question if that's in order. You stated that the £value is for delivery rather than the number of learners. Would it be possible that you could expand the information on that, or perhaps point me in the direction of the documents that explain this.
