Site History Report - Highways / Footways

I would be grateful if you could provide under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and associated legislation the following:

The County Council keeps Site History Reports of its locations in relation to Footway defects. Please supply the site history reports (from 2016 to the present day) for the following locations in Frinton-on-Sea, Essex.

Upper Second Avenue
Upper Third Avenue
Second Avenue
Waltham Way
