Site Allocation CA31

The request was successful.

Dear Cumbria County Council,

My request is made under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004. My request concerns the site known as CA31 at the address:

Land North of Kings Drive
Kingmoor Park Estate
Carlisle CA6 4SE

1. Please provide all consultation responses regarding site allocation CA31 as an Energy from Waste site (and/or as a proposed Energy from Waste site). Consultation responses that do not relate to site CA31 do not need to be included, but please include all site allocation consultation responses which include site CA31 even if site CA31 is not specifically referred to (such as, but not limited to, responses that refer to all the site allocations proposed, or those that refer to all proposed Energy from Waste allocations, or those that refer to Carlisle or Kingmoor waste allocations). Planning application consultations that may refer to site CA31 (for example comments relating to 1/16/9005 and 1/18/9012) do not need to be included.

2. Please provide all consultation response summaries that include site allocation CA31 as an Energy from Waste site (such as, but not limited to, regulation 27 summaries, and any consultation summaries that may have been collated on the consultation process for the Cumbria Minerals and Waste Local Plan).

Please provide the information by email. Thank you for your help.

Yours faithfully,

D. Mudge

Dear Cumbria County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Environmental Information Request reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cumbria County Council's handling of my request 'Site Allocation CA31'.

The information provided may not be complete. For example:

1. The Council's response lacks the representations made regarding site CA31 referred to on pages 15, 31 and 53 of https://cumbria.gov.uk/elibrary/Content/.... Please provide these representations, and any other representations that relate to site CA31, or tell me the website address where they can be found. If Cumbria County Council does not hold these representations, please confirm that the representations referred to in this document are not held.

2. The table in part 3 of https://cumbria.gov.uk/elibrary/Content/..., a comment from Mr Williams is shown, but there is no indication that Mr Williams’ comment has been shown in full and his representation is not included at the end of this document alongside other comments. Please provide his representation in full and any other representations that relate to site CA31, or tell me the website address where they can be found. If Cumbria County Council does not hold these representations in full, please confirm that a full complete version of the representations referred to in this document are not held.

3. Please provide the representations that relate to CA31 referred to in:
https://cumbria.gov.uk/elibrary/Content/...
or tell me website address where they can be found. If Cumbria County Council does not hold these representations in full, please confirm that a full complete version of the representations referred to in this document are not held.

The above are just examples of representations that may be held but may not have been included in the Council's response to the information request. There may be others, so please review the Council's information request response in full. It is also not clear that all consultation summaries site allocation with CA31 as an Energy from Waste site have been included as requested. If all these summaries are available online, please tell me where they can be found.

A history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

D Mudge
