Sir Robin Wales: Funding for North Korean Style Posters

The request was successful.

Dear Newham Borough Council,

Most people in the borough are now aware of these posters: which, in timing, clearly relate to Sir Robin Wales' desire to be reselected as mayoral candidate for May 2018.

Since this is so, I'd like to know:
1. Cost of design and preparation for this posters
2. Cost and vehicles used (council or private) for placing them
3. Cost and source of personnel used to place them
4. Location of current and ALL PROPOSED posts, geo coordinates
5. When are they going to be removed, since this clearly electioneering?

For items 1-4, I'd like detailed breakdown and, at least, some supporting pdfs, if the suppliers were external contractors.

Yours faithfully, thanks in advance for your cooperation in this public interest matter.
