This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please disclose the following:

Do you have mixed sex (also known as unisex or gender neutral) toilets for pupils? Yes/No

If yes, please:

list location of toilet blocks and disclose for each toilet block:

number of mixed sex toilets with shared handwashing facilities
number of mixed sex toilets with self-contained hand washing in each toilet
number of toilets in separate girls toilet blocks
number of toilets and number of urinals in separate boys toilet blocks

For stand alone separate single mixed sex (also known as unisex or gender neutral) toilets for student use, please disclose the:
number of stand alone accessible toilets on site
number of stand alone toilets on site, not fitted out for accessible use

Please provide the following information:

current policies or rules on use of toilets

documents/reports presented to the governing body on:
converting single sex toilets to mixed sex toilets, and
discipline problems relating to use of pupil toilets.

toilet – 4 – mixed use/accessible (main corridor, Performing Arts
building, Science block, SEN area)
number of toilets in separate girls toilet blocks – 6 (main corridor) & 2
(girls PE changing rooms)
number of toilets and number of urinals in separate boys toilet blocks 3
toilets & 3 urinals (main corridor toilets) 2 toilets (boys PE changing
rooms)

For stand alone separate single mixed sex (also known as unisex or gender
neutral)  toilets for student use, please disclose the:
number of stand alone accessible toilets on site – 4

Please provide the following information:

current policies or rules on use of toilets No official policy on toilet
use, but we have relaxed our rule on “no toilet visits in lessons” to
allow pupils to use the toilet at the teacher’s discretion. Period 4 is
the only time when this does not apply, due to our split lunch time.
During this time, teachers only allow pupils who have a medical need, to
use the toilets.
