Single dwellinghouse to self-contained flats

We're waiting for Barry Michael to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Enfield Council,

1. Please provide a breakdown of all applications for planning permission that were approved in 2010 to 2017 where the proposal includes the conversion of a dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) into 2 or more self-contained flats or -residential units. Please include all Planning Application Reference Numbers with location addresses and break this down into the following categories:
1.1 conversion into 2 self-contained flats or -residential units.
1.2 conversion into 3 self-contained flats or -residential units.

I refer to your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act relating to all planning applications approved in the period 2010 to 2017 where the proposal includes the conversion of a dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) into 2 or more self-contained flats or residential units.

The information you are seeking is already in the public domain and can be found by accessing the Council's on-line planning register and searching by application type. You will then need to interrogate the data we hold and put it into the format you require.

In the light of this, it is considered that the information you have requested is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act because the information is accessible to you as it is already in the public domain.

I trust this is of assistance. However, if you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original request and should be addressed to [Enfield Council request email].
