Sinclair method as approved treatment through NHS
Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
1. In light of its 80% success rate in treating alcohol use disorder, in comparison to the AA/rehab model where the success rate is 15%, is the Sinclair method an approved treatment by the NHS through GP's and relevant Consultants, such as Psychiatrists or Hepatologists?

2. If not, why not?
3. If not, are there plans for it to be introduced as an approved treatment?
Yours faithfully,
Jonathan Boyle
