Dear Ms Thomson

Thank you for re-sending this. Please see (below) a summary of our
correspondence with you on this subject so far:

8 May 2019 – We received your request for information regarding students
admitted to GSA over the last six years (GSA 18/19 352).

17 May 2019 – We disclosed the information requested in full.

30 May 2019 – I can see on the What Do They Know? site that you sent a
request for further information, but we did not receive this. I have
checked all our folders (including spam folders) and it did not arrive
with us.

11 June 2019 – We received a request for information regarding the
schooling of those who accepted offers for undergraduate study (GSA 18/19
366).

12 June 2019 – We received an email from you asking us to confirm receipt
of your email. As we received this the day after your request regarding
schooling, I assumed it was in reference to that – please accept my
apologies for this.

As you are seeking additional information not requested in your original
enquiry (GSA 18/19 352) I will treat this as a new enquiry – and as we did
not receive your email of 30 May 2019 I will date it as active from 12
June 2019. We will therefore respond to this request as soon as possible,
and no later than 10 July 2019, pending any clarification we may need to
seek from you.

Kind Regards
