Silwood estate regeneration - site 4B overage payment

Southwark Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Southwark Council,

On 14 September 2011, Southwark Council signed an agreement to sell site 4B of the Silwood estate in Rotherhithe to Notting Hill Housing Trust and its development partner Higgins Homes Plc.

The agreement contained an 'overage' agreement meaning that Southwark would receive a share of any overage profit once the new development was completed.

Please tell me how much overage profit (if any) the Council received as a result of this agreement.

Yours faithfully,

Jerry Flynn

Please could you tell me the outcome of the 'negotiation's on a 'further overage payment'.

I.e. have the further negotiations resulted in a further overage payment to the Council and how much is this payment?
