Dear London & Quadrant Housing Trust,

Following the recent re-classification of housing associations as public bodies, we are writing to make the following information request under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR 2004).

Please provide me with the current tenure mix information for L&Q's Silwood estate regeneration scheme; i.e. how many of L&Q's homes on the redeveloped estate are currently being let as social rented homes and how many are being let at the new 'affordable rented' tenure?

For the avoidance of doubt: by social rent I mean rents for which levels are determined by the formula set out in the National Rent Regime; and by 'affordable rent' I mean the new tenure product whereby rents are determined as a percentage of market rent.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Jerry Flynn
