into its Statement of Community Consultation for the Silvertown Tunnel
proposal.

I can confirm that Royal Greenwich’s Strategic Transportation Team
responded to Transport for London’s two host borough consultations on the
Statement of Community Consultation.

Attached as requested are:-

 

·         An email trail relating to TfL’s March 2015 draft document’s
stakeholder consultation, containing an officer level response to the
draft and TfL’s reply.

·         Strategic Transportation’s response to the August consultation
and TfL’s initial response.

·         TfL’s detailed response to the consultation with the host
boroughs, and a copy of their finalised Statement of Community
Consultation.

for an Internal Review.  Internal review requests should be submitted
within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original

apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. 
Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the
Internal Review procedure provided by the Council.
