Signature biometrics

We're waiting for Ian Wolf to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

A signature is sensitive personal data and a unique biometric tied to an identifiable natural person. So therefore, when and why did it become a benefit entitlement condition for claimants to provide this biometric (a signature) to prime providers and subcontractors when they are on your Work and Health Programme?

Yours faithfully,
Ian
