Dear Network Rail Limited,

Since the end of the Waterloo Station platform upgrade on 28/8/17 there has been numerous and frequent signalling and points failures at this station.

Please provide the documentation you hold which identifies each signalling/points failure, when it occurred, how long it took to repair, along with the unique identifier associated with each set of signals/points that the failure occurred at.
