The Greenspaces Team (General) procured services from the above company in 2019, which resulted in an invoice of £3,500 - thepublished invoice data suggests that services were described as legal services.

Please provide copies of the internal correspondence in respect of the services purchased by Merton, together with correspondence between Merton and Sidican Ltd. Please also provide copies of the material (written advice, reports, valuations etc) which the invoice refers to.
