Please provide me with average sickness absence rates for your office for each business year since your establishment and also for the period 1st Jan 10 - 31 Apr 10.

Could I just query the dates to which you refer below - as there is no 31 April, are you referring to the dates 1 Jan 10 to 30 April 10; or 1 Jan 10 to 31 May 10?

1st April 08 to 31st March 09 – 1.79%
1st April 09 to 31st March 10 – 2.56%
1st Jan 10 to 30th April 10 – 3.69%
