Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Could you please inform me how WCA assessors are allowed to over-turn decisions of fully qualified specialists with years of experience and find their patients fit for work, or fit for taking steps to go back to work?
Can you please inform me why sick notes or fit notes from GP's, Specialists, Surgeons are being ignored and those with sick notes where they have been advised not to work, are being found fit to work?

Yours faithfully,

Trudy Baddams
