Dear Cardiff University,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain detail on the volume of Sick Leave taken by Cardiff University academic staff between 28 January 2025 to 6 May 2025. Specifically, I would like to request the following information:

1. The number of academic staff (both headcount and full-time equivalent) that have taken sick leave citing “Stress – Work related” (Sickness Absence Code 6 as per the Human Resources “Sickness Absence & Return to Work Form”) since 28 January 2025 until 6 May 2025.

2. The total number of working days (including partial days) lost due to sick leave of academics staff associated with “Stress – Work related” between 28 January 2025 and 6 May 2025.

I would like you to provide the information to me via email within the next 20 working days as per the Freedom of Information Act.
