Please supply the SIA Licence numbers for all security staff employed by Knowsley Council on the evening of 27th June 2017 at the Public Council meeting.

Thank you for your email received on 26 September 2017 requesting information about Security employed by Knowsley Council 27 June 2017.
I have recorded your request for information under reference F2017.09.3938.
This has been passed to the relevant service and you will receive a response by 24 October 2017.
In line with guidance published by the Information Commissioner’s Office, the council may make a charge for the provision of information – for example in order to cover the costs of postage (in line with the relevant postal charges) or charges for printing and copying (which will reflect photocopying charges levied by the council’s public libraries) or if this falls within the regulations of an EIR (Environmental Information).
You will be informed if a fee is to be applied before information is to be provided.

Freedom of Information request F2017-09-3938
We have looked into your request for information about SIA Licence numbers
for Security employed by Knowsley Council 27 June 2017.
The information is exempt under section 14(2) dealing with repeat
requests. The reasons why the exemption applies is that the request is
identical to that made on 14 September by you when you requested the same
SIA details and that you received a response the same day stating that we
don’t hold the information, and a further response on 20 September
confirming again that the information was not held and that a reasonable
interval has not elapsed between the new request and compliance with the
previous request.
I am required under the provisions of the Act to advise you of the
Council’s complaints procedure, details of which can be found on the
