The actual savings achieved for that year.  Where there was a failure to
meet department savings please provide any report given to the executive
management team and/or council members.
 
Housing Benefits Team has not had a saving target each year. 
 
What is the target processing time for a claim (from receipt of housing
benefit form to initial decision) and the actual processing time for each
claim. 
 
We currently aim to process new claims in less than 25 days and changes in
circumstances in less than 10 days.
