Should a driver's statement have been taken after my grandson was hit by a car
Dear Kent Police,
My grandson was hit by a car on a pelican crossing and suffered severe traumatic brain injury. He was airlifted to King's trauma unit and was in a coma for four weeks, then Darent Hospital for three months and then four months at neuro-rehab.
Please can you advise about post RTA procedures or direct me to Kent Police procedures following an RTA.
Yours faithfully,
Mrs J A Newman
