Short Term Holding Facilities (3)

The request was partially successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is a request for information, made in accordance with section 8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In making my request, I refer you to my previous request to the Agency: FOI 14991. That was answered helpfully by Mr David Goggin, of Detention Services.

I would be very grateful if you could provide:

(1) a copy of internal memoranda of understanding about Independent Monitoring Boards for Short Term Holding Facilities.

(2) information (including documents, minutes, memoranda, proposed Orders and Regulations, etc.) concerning proposed Short Term Holding Facilities Rules.

This information only relates to that created since 15th June 2010.

If you consider this request would be better addressed by the core Home Office, please consider you have my permission to forward it to them.

I look forward very much to your response. Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Wyllie
